Chocolate Sour Cream Frosting is a bit richer than standard frosting, a little bit goes a very long way.
You will only need 4 ingredients and we are confident you will love the results!
Method

Over low heat melt chocolate and butter, stirring regularly.

Let it cool for a few minutes and then stir in sour cream.

Add the icing sugar 1/2 cup at a time and beat with an electric mixer until it has a smooth spreadable consistency.

Chocolate Sour Cream Frosting is not suitable to freeze.

This will make enough frosting for two 23 cm cakes.
