For Qantas, ‘in safe hands’ means going out of the cabin to take every passenger on a quick tour of the 16 beautiful Australian destinations with real people demonstrating the instructions in their latest safety video.
Flight safety instructions means life. Qantas Airline has impressively taken its meaning to a deeper level by showing their passengers fascinating places in Australia like they never see it before while being uncompromising in their safety message.
This new airline message, recently launched by CEO Alan Joyce in Los Angeles, will soon be introduced into their new daily flights in the following months. And all we can say is we’re deeply impressed and we can’t wait for our next flight!
The video begins on a farm in Tooboorac, Victoria where a herdsman assures every passenger they’re in “safe hands!” while handing over a sheep to another guy. With some heraldic background music, a woman, hang gliding in Stanwell Tops in NSW, tells us we’re flying in Airbus A380! A truck driver in Alice Springs, NT confidently shows how to fasten seat belts. I’m totally blown away when they showed the emergency brace position by doing yoga on Hamilton Island in Queensland while a group of women enjoying sunbathing in Bondi Beach will show you how to put on a life jacket. It’s gonna be an exciting Australian trip for all!
